🌸 Ordering & Delivery
How do I place an order?
You can order directly on our website, by phone, or by emailing us with a custom request.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to St Albans, Harpenden, Radlett, and surrounding areas in Hertfordshire. For further delivery requests, please get in touch.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes—on selected items. Orders must be placed before 12pm for same-day delivery. Please call us to confirm availability.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
We can’t guarantee exact times, but we always do our best to meet preferred delivery windows for special occasions.
Do you deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays?
We usually do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays unless it’s a special event like Mother’s Day or a pre-booked wedding.

How far in advance should I book my wedding flowers?
Ideally 6–12 months in advance, especially for summer weddings. Shorter timelines are sometimes possible—just ask!
Do you offer consultations?
Yes! We offer free, no-pressure consultations in person or via Zoom. It’s a chance to chat about your vision and get to know us.
What is your minimum spend for wedding packages?
Our typical minimum is £350, but we can advise based on your venue and needs.
Can you travel outside Hertfordshire for weddings?
Absolutely—we regularly work across London, Cambridge, and Yorkshire for weddings and events.
Do you set up and style at venues?
Yes! We offer full installation, delivery, and styling services on the day of your event.
🌿 Sustainability & Style
Are your flowers eco-friendly?
We work hard to be planet-friendly: using foam-free arrangements, locally grown flowers where possible, and recyclable packaging.
Do you use floral foam?
Yes—For some bespoke designs but mostly we use biodegradable Oasis foam & chicken wire. It’s better for the planet and just as beautiful.
Can I request seasonal-only flowers?
Yes! We love designing with the best blooms each season has to offer. It's more sustainable and cost-effective.
Do you offer dried flower arrangements?
Yes—we offer beautiful, long-lasting dried bouquets perfect for gifts or home décor.
🪴 Flower Care & Aftercare
How do I care for my flowers?
Change the water every 2 days, trim the stems at an angle, and keep them away from direct heat or sunlight. We include care tips with every order.
Can I reuse the vase or packaging?
Absolutely! Many of our vases and wraps are designed to be reused or recycled. Our handed packaging is 100% Biodegradable.
How long will my bouquet last?
Most bouquets last 5–7 days with proper care. Some varieties (like roses or lilies) may last even longer.
🔄 Returns, Refunds & Issues
What is your returns policy?
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we don’t accept returns. However, if you're unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include a photo. We'll do our best to make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
For everyday flowers, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
For bespoke funeral flowers, cancellations, please contact us 7 days prior to delivery.
For weddings/events, cancellations within 14 days may be subject to a fee.
What if there’s an issue with my delivery?
If something isn’t right (late delivery, damaged flowers, etc.), please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll assess the situation and offer a replacement or partial refund where appropriate.
